ok so today at school our English teacher brought us into the “movie room” which also doubles as  music/movie room and she had us listen to the song and it was nice but i disliked it because i had heard it over 18 times that day and thats because the kids comprehension is SOOOO bad cuz they dont know english and all that  (we had 2 periods with her and each period is 50 min s long so now it is stuck in my head (which sucks ok cuz the song MAJORLY sucks ) well here it is its quite a lovly song (as long as you dont listen to it for 18 times):

THE RUN!!

Ok…. so i set my alarm for like 6:30 cuz we had to be out of the house by 7:45am for the race but i ended up getting up at umm 7:10am cuz my alaram was not working that great eh? so i got up i ate a little(piece of toast) i drank like 6 bottles of water( please dont try this cuz i mean i was so sick at the end of the day but whatever) and a little bit a water when i got up ok so my parents (and bro) took me to the school and the coach didnt show up till like 8:30 and so we loaded on to a bus and were on our way to the Cornesh (the place that we ran) its just right in the middle of the school so we had like a 3 minute ride on the bus ok i should tell you what had happened : this whole week i have been praying for it to rain Sunday cuz i mean the heat is unbearable and to show that i had faith i didnt even look at the Tyre,Lebanon weather channel(on the net) so ok we showed up (oh my GOSH there were like 10 different schools there) and got our numbers and sat for a while and so the littler kids went first (1995-1996) and we came 1st and 3rd in the girls(extremly good athletes!!) i mean our school came 1st and 3rd and we cheered them on but in the boys a guy might have came 7th maybe so we didnt do to well:( ok then there was our group (1994-1993) and a girl came 2nd from our school and in the boys we came 1st and in the higher groups we had 3 golds 2 silvers and maybe a bronze and so our school came really good and I CAME (you’ll have to email me to find our   )

The Day Before

Ok…. so the big race is tomarro but today im just praying that i dont pass out in the middle of it so i can finish but i think i will do ok its just that a 1 km is kinnda alot for me (im such a whimp) but i think that they might have like the boys and girls run together which will totaly suck cuz the boys are so agresseive and they sprint till the end and it will not be so fun. But whatever i hope i have fun!!

I did IT!!

Ok.. So All i ever talk about is running (well its a passion) and today i went to do my run i ended up running a whooping 2KM YES + the 4 times going up and down 7 flights of stairs. but i have a race on sunday that is 1km and i hope i do well cuz yesterday i hurt my knee pretty bad and my ankle is giving me trouble AGIAN!!

As.. i sit here and sync my ipod to my computer i listen to the melody of “you and me” by Life House. I’m sitting here thinking about what to write in my blog that i have necgleted (poor baby) and i sit here waiting for my friend to respond and i sit here for my friend to get online and i sit here writing this blog and i sit here waiting to get my Dirol “cherry” sugar-free gum from my sister. and i sit here thinking about the race on Sunday. and i sit here thinking about my knee if it will hold up till sunday. and im think why im i thinking so much??????

One Last Chance

Ok…. So today is friday and we always have sports today. But the good news is that my sports teacher invited me to go to a sports event in sour its 1km and i want to go!!

But i dont know if i can its in a week and im really our of shape so we will see..

Aujourd’hui im allant écrire en français pour aucune bonne raison im à paresseux d’écrire en anglais tellement toutes ces grandes français peut lire mon blog. ok tellement aujourd’hui je suis allé au school(boring) et j’ai eu un peu à manger pour piquer des biscuits d’arrêt ou somthing comme cela mais alors j’ai découvert que j’ai échoué mon puits d’essai de maths (bon aucun biggie im utilisé à celui) aujourd’hui vraiment sucé et tout dans elle que j’ai découvert que j’a sélectionné un moyen vegitarian pour cela la chose de I….c…. mais j’ai un tomarrow français d’examen ainsi je vais mieux bye d’étude
